ENVY SADDLES WARRANTY INFORMATION
New Saddles:
Warranty coverage is effective on the date of purchase.
Leather is covered against defects in materials and craftsmanship for one full year.
The saddle tree, spring steel, and stirrup bars are covered for five years. Parts and labor are covered the first year; parts only are covered for the remainder of the warranty period.
Your tree warranty may also be transferable under certain conditions. See your Envy Fitter for details.
Demo and Used Saddles:Warranty coverage is effective on the date of manufacture.
Leather is covered against defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year after the date of manufacture. Warranty covers parts and labor.
The saddle tree, spring steel, and stirrup bars are covered for five years against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Warranty covers parts and labor the first year. Parts only are covered for the remainder of the warranty period.
What is not covered by warranty:
Shipping and handling charges
Saddles that were not purchased from Envy Saddles or through an Envy Saddles fitter.
Saddles without Envy Saddles proof of purchase
Premature wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or neglect of reasonable use, cleaning, storage, and maintenance practices
Saddle fit and fitter services (our fitters are independent)
Damage from accidents, natural disasters, fires, vehicle wrecks
Service, alterations, and/or repairs completed by third parties not previously authorized by Envy Saddles are not covered and could void your warranty.
Important Notes:
Equestrian sports can be dangerous. Envy Saddles is not liable for any loss, cost, damage, or injury resulting from the use of any loaned, trialed, or sold saddle.
Leather products are made from natural materials and require special care and attention
Warranty repairs and replacements do not extend the lifetime of the original warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
